Q: How long does a cleaning take?

The average home takes about 2 to 2 1/2 hours to clean.

Q: Is there any preparation that is required?

We can clean every vent or register we find. If you have a sofa or other large piece of furniture hiding a vent, it will need to be moved. We also understand that the kid's hockey equipment fits nicely beside the furnace, but we do need a little elbow room to work.

Q: We are replacing our furnace. When is the best time to clean the ducts?

It is always better to clean the ducts before the new furnace is turned on. Since the new furnace may have a more forceful fan than your old furnace, it could blast the dirt out of your vents and into your home.

Q: How much does your service cost?

Residential price is based on square footage. Let us know how big your home is, and we will tell you exactly how much the job will cost. Commercial pricing includes a hook-up fee and the number of vents. For more information on commercial pricing, please give us a call .
